Neat and fine room on the upper floors as expected. A great selection of supplies in the room: central heating, television, and tea/coffee making equipment. The location exceptionally nice and perfect by beautiful gardens. And so close to the railway station, the center of town and the university and restaurants.

The place was clean. I booked the queen room with views of the courtyard and everything was really good. I enjoyed the room; the bed was extremely comfy. the staff was very amiable and polite. the location was exceptionally nice by beautiful gardens.

Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet was outstanding with plenty to choose from. Hotel's location is good just outside the city centre. Plenty of restaurants within a 15 min. walking distance

No free internet

It's a fine place for business people, confortable and clean rooms, but only with bare essentials. Nevertheless it is among few choices if you have to stay in Franfurt Oder.

The location here is great, right in the center and close to everything. 🌟 Plus, there's a Culver's nearby for a quick bite to eat.

Good location at the Polish Border and not to far from the Autobahn. Nice city with a few reasonable restaurants.

Rooms at the front can suffer from Tram / Car noise unless the window is closed properly.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provided a multi-functional meeting floor with four air-conditioned conference rooms and a maximum surface of 330 square meters. The facilities were perfect for my conferences and ceremonies, creating a suitable environment for any kind of event.

I found the lack of a business center to be a drawback. It would have been convenient to have access to printing and other office services for my work-related needs.

Nice hotel. Wifi not included but fairly priced (and using "The Cloud", so the remaining minutes can be used at Shonefeld airport)

Conveniently located near train station, easily accessible by taxi. Hotel has excellent facilities and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Interesting nearby attractions like Soviet Army memorial and medieval artwork in church. Comfortable room, could use extra bedding.

The hotel is easy to find, has a convenient underground car park, and is beautifully located in a quiet corner near the town centre. The rooms are pleasant. Breakfast is very good in a lovely breakfast area with a delightful view of comings and goings from the window. Tea can be enjoyed in the reception area.

A comfortable hotel within easy waking distance to the city centre. The room was very had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The hotel were not serving evening meals the night I stayed. However, I was given excellent directions & advice in resturants in the area.

we celebrated our anniversary with a stay in frankfurt and city park hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff was extremely helpful and professional, the hotel was relaxing with excellent facilities, and the continental breakfast was very good - great value for money.

Fridge didn't work.

Good location from DB station (except for slope and stairs...) Fruehstueck is reasonable.

Tram and traffic is a bit loud for sleeping.
